2. License for Individual Developers

Individual developers are granted a free, non-exclusive license to use Zintyx tools and generated output for personal, educational, freelance, or commercial projects.

You may use, modify, and integrate generated output (such as SQL, POCOs, or code snippets) into your own work without attribution or restrictions.

3. License for Organizations

Organizations, companies, and teams are permitted to use Zintyx tools under the following conditions:

• ▸Use must be reasonable and human-driven, not automated or high-volume extraction.
• ▸Zintyx tools may not be integrated into internal platforms, automated pipelines, or commercial products without prior permission.
• ▸Generated output may be used freely, but the tools themselves may not be redistributed or embedded.

4. Ownership

All Zintyx tools, code, design, branding, and platform materials remain the intellectual property of Mark Merrens unless otherwise stated. This license does not transfer ownership of any part of the platform or its underlying technology.

You retain full rights to any output generated by Zintyx tools. Zintyx does not claim ownership of your generated SQL, POCOs, code snippets, or other artifacts.

6. Restrictions

The following actions are not permitted under either license tier:

• ▸Redistributing, reselling, or repackaging Zintyx tools or services.
• ▸Reverse engineering or attempting to replicate platform functionality.
• ▸Using automated scraping or harvesting tools to extract tool logic or bulk output.
• ▸Using the platform in a way that harms performance, security, or availability.

7. Fair Use and Limits

Zintyx tools are intended for reasonable, interactive use. Excessive automated requests, bulk generation, or attempts to use the platform as a backend service without permission may result in restricted access.

8. No Warranty

Zintyx tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee error-free output, uptime, or suitability for any specific purpose.
